Wholesale Account Application Form

By completing and submitting this form you agree to the terms and conditions set by SEALAND Trading (PVT) Ltd. for opening and operating a wholesale account for your company in our system.

Terms And Conditions

  1. Always order in full or mixed outers as specified on price list under notes. This is to ensure the parcel arrives undamaged as it is in its original packaging carton.
  2. All invoices are to be paid on due dates stated on invoice
  3. All wholesale orders will incur courier charges (exception see point 4, below)
  4. To qualify for FREE shipping- Depending on your order volume, minimum orders for your region for free shipping are preset. As an indication for North Island orders, minimum orders of value $500 qualifies for free shipping. For South Island, minimum orders of $750 to $1000  qualifies for free shipping. 
  5. Any damages prior to delivery to you should be informed immediately to courier driver and noted on signature form. DONOT sign off as received safely if you can see any signs of damage on the cartons.
  6. Damages or claims arising from delivery or invoices must be made immediately on receipt by email or phone with images of proof of damage
  7. By submitting this application, you authorize SEALAND Trading (PVT) Ltd to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
  8. Supply will be at the discretion of SEALAND Trading (PVT) Ltd, subject to availability and prompt payment record of your customer account.
  9. New accounts are required to make prompt payments of initial three invoices before a default credit period is extended by SEALAND Trading (PVT) Ltd.

By completing this form you implicitly agree to the following:

  • I/We hereby irrevocably authorize any person or company to provide SEALAND Trading (PVT) Ltd with such information as you may require in response to your credit inquiry.
  • I/We further authorize you to furnish to any third party details of this application and any subsequent dealings that I/We may have with you as a result of this application being actioned.
  • I/We hereby agree to be personal guarantor for any amount(s) that remains owing to SEALAND Trading (PVT) Ltd should my/our company cease its business operations.
